Shipping Policy

At PatioLix, we are committed to providing a smooth, fast, and reliable delivery experience.

1. Free Worldwide Shipping

We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders shipped worldwide. We cover all shipping costs ourselves.

If delivery to your address is not possible due to an error during the ordering process, our team will contact you promptly by phone or email to correct the issue and obtain the correct address for your order.

2. Delivery of Bulky Items by Carrier

Large items, such as outdoor furniture sets, are shipped via a specialized carrier.

Deliveries typically take place Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (local time).

For residential deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

3. Signature Upon Delivery

Some deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Customers must inspect packages before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery slip.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

An order confirmation containing estimated delivery times will be sent by email once your order is confirmed.

These times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability and production schedules.

If there are any changes, you will automatically receive an update on the expected shipping date.

5. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item:

• You can refuse delivery, specifying the nature of the damage on the delivery slip.

• Contact our customer service department with photos and supporting documentation within 10 business days of receipt.

After review, we will offer free repair, replacement, or reshipment of the affected items.

Approved requests are generally processed within 10 business days
