Returns Policy

PatioLix – 30-Day Returns Policy

 

At Patiolix, we understand that purchasing furniture or outdoor items is a significant investment. Our goal is to provide a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.
If the product you received does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, exchange, or refund.

 

1. Return Conditions

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging, complete with all parts, manuals, and accessories.
  • Products must not have been assembled, installed, or modified.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

Restocking fees may apply:

  • 20% for furniture, mirrors, umbrellas, and grills.
  • 15% for lighting, rugs, and other product categories.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order products (including but not limited to cushions, upholstery, or fabrics).
  • Mattresses.
  • Sale, clearance, or open-box items.
  • Gift cards, samples, or electrical accessories.
  • Bulk orders (6 or more units of the same product).
  • Items that have been assembled, installed, or altered.
  • Items returned after 30 days or shipped outside our delivery zones.

 

3. Return Shipping & Fees

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Initial shipping and handling fees (including express delivery, white-glove service, or address changes) are also non-refundable.
Return costs vary depending on your location.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.
Our team will review your request and offer the best possible solution — repair, replacement, or refund.
We may request photos or delivery documents for assessment and may require the original item to be returned.
If the requested information or return is not completed within 30 days, Patiolix reserves the right to deny the refund or replacement.

 

5. Refund Options

Refunds are issued either to your original payment method or as store credit usable on Patiolix.com.
Restocking and return shipping fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.

 

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before processing, production, or shipment.
Once an order enters production or preparation, custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed once confirmation is received from our warehouse or manufacturer.
