However, minor variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing differences. PatioLix cannot be held responsible for such variations. All offers and products are subject to availability.

Upon receipt, the Buyer must check the package condition and report any damage to both the carrier and PatioLix within 48 hours.
The Buyer has 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange a product, in accordance with the Returns Policy available on the website. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are made according to the terms outlined in the Returns Policy.
All PatioLix products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable laws. If a product is defective, PatioLix may offer repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to the Buyer.
